Staying consistent is key to living a new lifestyle while losing weight and eating healthier. Some people say taking that first step in a new lifestyle change is the hardest part of the entire process. Some days I wonder if this is true as I find staying consistent throughout the transition is the main factor in failure or success. But, I want all of you Genki Friends to be healthy and to achieve success so I want to spread the idea of keeping consistent. It takes 30 days to make an idea set into stone, so being consistent, even on hard days, is essential to making your goal set into concrete. Remind yourself daily why you are making these changes and what you will see in the future goal deadline. You can do it, you are worth it and I believe in you!
