Spring workout motivation

There is something magical during the change of winter to spring, especially after the monumental change after Easter Sunday.  Saying goodbye to winter means warmer temperatures are more than certain to return while colors start popping up all around.  Coincidentally, spring fever is caught by most and similar to New Years’ Eve Resolutions, many start to think of toning up before the heavy layers of clothing are packed away.  The human body has the natural tendency to gain a few pounds over the harshest of winters, collecting fat to help regulate body temperatures to ward off illness. Spring hops around the Easter basket and our summer shorts and tanks may feel a bit tight around the love handle region during this time.  Hence, this is the best time to jump to it and set in motion our spring workout routine.

Right now is the time for spring cleaning, not just your personal belongings but your soul.  It is a time of rebirth, a time to take a look back at yourself and think of what you would like to become in the future.  Change your bad habits for the better and work towards something you have always dreamt.  This is your time to shine, your time to set roots and climb to the beautiful flower you have always thought was never possible.  Obstacles are merely setup in your path to see if you can handle the ending, everything will set itself into place if you are truly ready.
