Free Vegan Grocery Haul and Menu Plan

Sorry we didn’t go shopping this week but used up what we had in the house.  So, I will make a list of the main things you will need for this week that might not already be in your kitchen.

  2. Japanese Curry Roux and Rice
  3. Carrots
  4. Onions
  5. Potatoes
  6. Lentils
  7. Sweet Baked Potatoes
  8. Black Beans
  9. Tortillas
  10. Avocados
  11. Vegan Sausages
  12. Frozen Edamame
  13. Pretzels (unless you have some leftover from last week)
  14. Apples
  15. Japanese Green Tea
  16. Pasta
  17. Hijiki (optional)
  18. Wakame (optional)
  19. Cucumber
  20. Bell Pepper
  21. Hummus
  22. Tofu
  23. English Muffins

Sorry for the messy week but we were just about to go on a mini trip out to California for work.  That meant we wanted to eat everything that was perishable to assure there was no food waste and no nasty mold smell awaiting us when we returned.  You can still see all the recipes and the photos for each meal HERE.
