Lately I have been doing Motivational Monday but I wanted to mix things up this week seeing as I needed a bit more motivation myself today rather than the start of the week.  We have a heatwave this week, thus, it is a bit more difficult to get outside and exercise.  I love the heat but there are times when humidity is in the 90% range with direct sunshine that makes it a bit unhealthy to run long periods of time.  I love a long, hot run in the sunshine but for those of you out there whom are sane, take plenty of water and run shorter distances to assure you make it back save and sound.  So on to the motivation this week:

Weight loss motivation

There are so many reasons one can think of when trying to not get out there and exercise.  Why not take that energy and use it for something useful like sweating out the bad toxins?!  Exercise is about releasing the bad and taking in the good.  It not only increases essential “happy” hormones but helps mellow out your negative thoughts.  It is worth for your mental and physical health.  So what is your workout today?
