It’s already August! It’s hard to believe the first month of 2015, Genki Husband and I moved our furry babies from Virginia to Indiana in America. Eight months have passed since that very snowy day in January, it’s so hard to believe it. Summer is always the time for my household to air out the house and enjoy the great outdoors. It’s the best time to get in some extra hours running in the direct sunshine and collecting Vitamin D as we go. There is just something about sweating it out in the sunshine rather than sitting inside on a treadmill. This Monday, weather permitting where you live, I would like to urge everyone to get outside and enjoy the weather. It doesn’t matter where you are located, your current health or how busy your life is at the moment. Exercise, sunshine and fresh air is something your body is pleading for each and every day. So here is a bit of motivation to get you up and running today:

Whether your final goal is to lose weight, beat your PR, or even just to get some more fun in the sun, I urge all of you to take a closer look inside yourself and find the true meaning of why you want to workout today. Take your time and really enjoy a nice long workout outdoors if possible. Fresh air is always the best medicine for any illness. Be proud of who you are and be thankful each and every day you get the chance to workout and live a healthy lifestyle.
