Rain threatened the whole day today but thankfully it didn’t come about until after we went to the gym to get our weight-lifting workout done.  Originally we had wanted to get back out again for another run but unfortunately the black clouds threw us off our planned schedule so the gym was the next best thing.  When we returned home, we managed to still sit outside in our mesh screened in canopy and grill outside as if it wasn’t raining at all.  Only problem was extreme 100% humidity again, but hey, when one has fresh grilled veggies from the farmer’s market on the grill all is good– mmmm.

Breakfast:  So stuck in a rut… Uncooked oatmeal, chia seeds, sprinkles, Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk.

Snack:  Ezekiel English Muffin with Earth Balance.

Lunch: Wegman’s mock chikin’ nuggets (soy), grape tomatoes, BBQ sauce and a side of unsweetened almond milk in PG Tips tea

Snack: ½ Summer Fruit Muffin

Dinner:  Grilled Mushrooms, onions, Okinawa purple potatoes, Brussels sprouts, & Kabocha pumpkin served over organic mixed greens.

Snack:  Sliced fresh peaches & plums topped with a mixture of almonds, coconut & dates.
