It’s the middle of the week and what’s one to do – workout and eat healthy!  How many times have you read or hear people claim “I will start on Monday”?  Well, why not Wednesday?  Think about it, if you start in the middle of the week then you will feel great about yourself by the weekend.  Doesn’t that sound like a great way to start your weekend?  Count me in!
