Somehow I managed to miss a day and have been behind for a day on my blog entries.  Yesterday as I was waiting for my uncle to visit, I realized it was Wednesday and not Tuesday.  So don’t worry, it’s me not you…  But for now, please forgive me for being a bit behind but finally being caught up now.

 

Yesterday (my Tuesday but the rest of the world’s Wednesday), I managed to run 4.15 miles on a very hilly terrain.  It took a lot of energy to get myself out of my depressed mood and out onto the road.  Don’t get me wrong, I love running but there are just times when the winter blues kicks in and I need more than the normal amount of a energy booster for encouragement.
