I’ve always adored Kirstie Alley.  She’s a lot like me with her quirky behavior, loving life to the fullest and being natural inside and outside.  She’s always struggled with her weight and so have I – but she’s in the limelight and takes much more ridicule than an average person off-screen.  She courageous and now showing off her body thanks finally to a healthy diet and exercise.  Healthy food and working out is truly the best form of weight loss, especially for long term success.  She’s basically eating around 1400 calories and dancing her butt off, literally.  I’d love to see her keep the weight off this time for her health and show everyone out there that she can do it.  Here’s her latest weight loss plan:
